Shipping Policies

US and Canadian Customers

We charge a flat rate of $5 for retail orders and $10 for US and Canadian wholesale orders. We usually ship via USPS or Canada Post.

We can ship your order via other services/couriers, but such orders may incur additional charges.

Orders are processed on the business day after being placed online.

International Customers

If you don't live in the US or Canada, you may still buy our products retail, or apply to be an International Wholesale Customer.

Clearly shipping will be more costly as products are shipped from the US (or occasionally Canada). So at the moment we have set a flat rate shipping of $20 for a retail order, and $25 for a wholesale order. If shipping rates rise more then we will have to raise these. We are not trying to make a profit from shipping. A 3lb parcel to England costs $30.50 to ship by USPS priority which takes about 10 days to arrive and is the shipping method we will most probably use for international parcels.

Please don't ask if we accept international money orders etc - we don't! You can pay at the shop checkouts using WorldPay which takes Visa or Mastercard or PayPal which takes many forms of currency.

Mattress Toppers

Magnetic mattress toppers are large and heavy, and incur higher shipping charges. If you want to order a mattress topper, please email us for a shipping quote.
